Appetizer, snack, hors d'ouvres?

Yes, call it what you want but this is an easy peasy lemon squeesy snack to make when you have the munchies or simply want to make something quick for your quests to nibble on while you keep on with the dinner making.

You’ll need:
Mini mozzarella balls
Cocktail tomatoes
Fresh basil
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar/balsamico

Take a toothpick and place one tomato, one basil leaf and one mozzarella ball and keep on until you have as many as you want. Finish of with a drizzle of your best olive oil and some balsamic vinegar or balsamico.
