Firstly, roast approxametaly 430grams of butternut pumpkin (just the meat not the peel) until it's soft and lightely caramelized. Let cool and mix with:

2 garlic cloves
4 tpsp. olive oil
½ dl walnuts

1-2 dl of crème fraiche
