Oh yes you heard me! Succulent braised chicken, sharp parsnips, sweet apple and tangy mustard mayonnaise = match made in heaven.

I can highly recommend you to fry apples in a litte bit of butter and rosemary. Serve with meat (preferably chicken or duck) or just serve as a dessert with a dolup of whipped crème. Really tasty!
