This little experiment turned in to a hit! Yuuuum, you have to try it!

2 pizzas:
1 dl chevré cheese
2 dl creme fraiche
Juice from half a lemon
1 apple
1 sprig of rosemary
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of honey
2 peices of liba bread
1 dl chopped walnuts
Salt and pepper

Put the oven on 200 celcius.
With a hand mixer, mix the cheese and creme fraiche. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste.
Spread the mix over the two pizza crusts and top with thin slices of apple (which you brush with the rest of the lemon juice so that it does not get discoloured), chopped rosemary and walnuts.
Put the pizza in the oven. It's ready when it's golden. Before serving drizzle some honey and olive oil and finish with some freshly ground black pepper.
