Thai fish cakes with sticky coconut rice

Sticky coconut rice is my favourite kind of rice.
You'll need 2½ dl of jasmine rice, 2 cans of coconut cream and ½ dl of shredded coconut. Rinse the rice in cold water then boil the rice in the coconut rice and the shredded coconut on a low simmer for 20 minutes, then put it away from the stove and let rest for 10 minutes. READY!
